At Rabbit Cabs, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled to ensure transparency and fairness.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel or modify their cab booking by contacting our customer support through call or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible to avoid any cancellation charges.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the booking type and time of cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • If a booking is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and usually takes 5–7 business days.

No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Service Cancellation by Rabbit Cabs

  • In rare cases where Rabbit Cabs needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed immediately.
  • In such situations, a full refund will be provided or an alternative cab will be arranged based on customer preference.

Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to pickup time, date, or destination are subject to availability and may affect the total fare.
